Dr. Gross provides neurosurgical services to the community of South Orange County California. Patients travel from other sites in Orange County, and other locations from within California for consultation and treatment. Patients may conveniently travel from any location for treatment or for a second opinion.

Dr. Gross has a particular interest and expertise in spinal surgery, especially minimally invasive spinal surgery. He provides complete neurosurgical services, including the treatment of head injuries, brain tumors, pituitary tumors, nerve disorders, and spinal disorders. Some treated spinal disorders include degenerative neck and back pain with arm and/or leg symptoms, herniated or "slipped" discs, neck and back injuries and fractures, congenital disorders such as scoliosis and spina bifida, and osteoporotic compression fractures.

Use of surgical and non-surgical therapies such as physical therapy, spinal injections, massage, and others are utilized. Performance of minimally invasive, microscopic techniques for cervical and lumbar nerve decompressions, or discectomies, and lumbar fusions are made nearly daily. Advanced treatment of brain disorders and severe head injury is bolstered by state of the art monitoring techniques in the ICU, as well as computer guided surgery equipment, and use of stereotactic radiation (gamma knife) assist in providing Dr. Gross the latest tools for delivering excellent patient care.
